About
I’m Thiago Rodrigues.
I started in digital at 14, making artwork to promote events at my church. It was my first practical contact with design and communication.
Later, I began working professionally with digital marketing. At 17, web development became the center of my work. I studied Systems Development at SENAI and started building freelance projects too.
Over time, design, communication and development stopped making sense as separate parts. Thiago Labs grew from that overlap. Today I build websites and digital products with attention to both structure and the experience of using them.
Before starting a project.
Which solution is right for me?
It depends on what the site needs to do. GO presents one offer on a direct page. EXPERIENCE gives more room to the path, visual direction and interactions. SCALE spreads the content across several pages.
What is the difference between GO, EXPERIENCE and SCALE?
The difference is the type of project, not the quality. GO is a focused landing page. EXPERIENCE is also a landing page, with more work on how people move through it. SCALE is an institutional site with multiple pages.
How long does a website take?
The reference is 3–5 business days for GO, 7–12 for EXPERIENCE and 15–25 for SCALE. The clock starts when the briefing and required materials are available. Client delays can pause the schedule.
Do I need to provide the copy and images?
The project needs enough material to get started. During the briefing, we agree what the client provides and what will be organized as part of the chosen scope.
Can I request changes?
Yes. GO includes one revision round. EXPERIENCE and SCALE include two. Each round is one consolidated list of adjustments. Structural or out-of-scope changes may require a new estimate.
How do the process and payment work?
The project moves through briefing, structure, development, review and launch. Payment terms are recorded in the proposal before work begins. There is no public rule for installments or deposits.
Have an idea to build?
Share the essentials. We can work out the rest together.
