Identification and acceptance
These Terms apply to access and use of Thiago Labs' site, a trade name under which Thiago Rodrigues operates. Using the site means you had an opportunity to read them; it is not irrevocable acceptance and does not replace a project proposal or contract.
Purpose of the site
The site presents services, portfolio and solutions, offers Discover, allows contact or quote requests and links to WhatsApp when visitors choose to continue there.
Services and offers
GO is a focused landing page; GO Express is GO's priority mode subject to availability, scope, briefing and materials; EXPERIENCE is a landing page with more visual direction and interaction; SCALE is a multi-page institutional site. Final scope, schedule, price, payment, deliverables, revisions, responsibilities, rights and support are defined in the applicable proposal or contract.
Discover
Discover is an orientative tool based on visitor answers and deterministic rules. Its indication is not a binding commercial offer and does not guarantee hiring, price, deadline or outcome.
Contact requests
Sending the form does not oblige you to hire or Thiago Labs to accept a project. It enables analysis and contact; any engagement requires its own proposal and acceptance.
Prices and commercial information
Information may be updated for future offers while respecting offers presented, accepted proposals, contracts and consumer rights. Launch prices are intended for the first three Thiago Labs projects contracted as a group; a slot is used when the engagement is formalized under the commercial process. No update changes a formalized engagement retroactively.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site for fraud, spam, abusive automation, attempts to compromise operation, deliberate unlawful content or infringement of third-party rights.
Intellectual property
The site's identity, text, design, code and own materials are protected by their holders. This does not claim third-party marks, open-source libraries, licensed material or client rights beyond existing permissions.
Third-party links
WhatsApp, social networks and other links are third-party services with their own terms and policies. This does not remove responsibilities imposed by law.
Availability and responsibility
The site may undergo maintenance, changes or downtime and does not promise 100% availability. Nothing here excludes liability for own fault, mandatory consumer rights or other applicable law.
Privacy
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. The contact checkbox is not acceptance of a service contract.
Changes and law
These Terms may be updated for future use and do not retroactively modify proposals or contracts. Brazilian law applies, preserving legally competent venues and consumer rights.
