Identification and acceptance
These Terms apply to access and use of Thiago Labs' site, a trade name under which Thiago Rodrigues operates. Using the site means you had an opportunity to read them; it is not irrevocable acceptance and does not replace a project proposal or contract.
Purpose of the site
The site presents services, portfolio and solutions, offers the Discover questionnaire to choose between GO and PRO, allows contact, hiring or quote requests and links to WhatsApp when visitors choose to continue there.
Services and offers
GO is a professional one-page website with a standard scope of four main sections and a fixed price shown on the site, with the .com.br domain included in the price (other domain extensions are paid by the client). Extra sections on the same page may be assessed individually; when possible, their price and timeline are presented before acceptance. It provides a working website, on a publication or preview link, within 24 hours from the start formally confirmed by Thiago Labs, after the complete briefing and confirmation of the commercial terms. Custom domain setup and propagation and third-party actions are not part of that timeline.
PRO is custom web development, with one or many pages, where scope, timeline, revisions, support and investment are defined in an individual proposal. PRO has no public price.
Since October 26, 2026, Thiago Labs offers only GO and PRO. GO Express, EXPERIENCE and SCALE are no longer offered, and GO no longer follows its earlier price and timeline terms. Final scope, schedule, price, payment, deliverables, revisions, responsibilities, rights and support are defined in the applicable proposal or contract.
Discover
Discover is a questionnaire that recommends GO or PRO based on visitor answers and deterministic rules. The recommendation is orientative, is not a binding commercial offer and does not guarantee hiring, price, deadline or outcome.
AI assistant (Tiaguinho)
Tiaguinho is an artificial intelligence assistant with orientative answers, which may contain mistakes. It does not make commercial offers, does not approve scope, price or timeline and does not send messages on your behalf. The terms published on the site and those formalized in a proposal or contract prevail. Using the assistant is not required to contact Thiago Labs. Abusive use, such as spam or attempts to manipulate the assistant or obtain internal information, may be limited or blocked.
Contact requests
Sending the form does not oblige you to hire or Thiago Labs to accept a project. It enables analysis and contact; any engagement requires its own proposal and acceptance.
Prices and commercial information
Information may be updated for future offers while respecting offers presented, accepted proposals, contracts and consumer rights. Engagements formalized under earlier prices or terms, including the launch edition of the discontinued solutions, keep the accepted terms. No update changes a formalized engagement retroactively.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site for fraud, spam, abusive automation, attempts to compromise operation, deliberate unlawful content or infringement of third-party rights.
Intellectual property
The site's identity, text, design, code and own materials are protected by their holders. This does not claim third-party marks, open-source libraries, licensed material or client rights beyond existing permissions.
Third-party links
WhatsApp, social networks and other links are third-party services with their own terms and policies. This does not remove responsibilities imposed by law.
Availability and responsibility
The site may undergo maintenance, changes or downtime and does not promise 100% availability. Nothing here excludes liability for own fault, mandatory consumer rights or other applicable law.
Privacy
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. The contact checkbox is not acceptance of a service contract.
Changes and law
These Terms may be updated for future use and do not retroactively modify proposals or contracts. Brazilian law applies, preserving legally competent venues and consumer rights.
